Cashing Out
The moment you request a withdrawal, you will see the status as 'waiting'. This means that your request is accepted by MGC and it will be processed as soon as possible.
All the requests for withdrawals will be processed within four business days, from the date of the request. However, MGC has the right to withhold requests of withdrawals above $5,000 for security checks. When we will receive all the required documents for the security checks, the withdrawal will be processed.
During the process time, it's possible to cancel your withdrawal request and return the funds into your MGC account. If you cancel your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play at MGC, without having to submit a new deposit.

Players can't withdraw more than $/£/€10,000 per month. If the withdrawal request is for an amount that is higher than $/£/€10,000, the remaining difference will be placed back to the players account
MGC withdrawal policy states that the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your Casino Deposit Balance, using your method of original deposit. The Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous cash outs and/or refunds.
The remaining amount, if any, will be sent to you using Bank Draft express, Bank Draft or Wire Transfer, whichever is more convenient for you. If you have used Firepay, Moneybookers, NETeller or Citadel in the past, these methods are also available.
The minimum amount for a Bank Draft is $10, for Bank Draft Express it is $100 and for a Wire Transfer it is $500. For requests of lower amounts, this request won't be processed and the money will be added to your casino account.
Due to new Visa and MasterCard regulations, we are not allowed to return any funds to your Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Thus, all deposits made with MasterCard or Visa won't be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance.
Player who made a Citadel deposit prior to cashing out, might be subject to additional waiting days, until the deposit has been cleared. If your Citadel deposit is declined, you're withdrawal will be returned and your winnings voided.
How can I withdraw winnings from my MGC account?
To cash out winnings from your MGC account, click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby of MGC. Click on "Withdraw". After this, choose one of the cash out options and fill in the required information.
