A bonus mentioned in a promotional email will be given only to those players who originally received this email, and who have no withdrawal request pending.

Some of the MGC bonuses are given automatically, and others have to be requested. If you have not received your bonus automatically after your deposit, please contact us by:

1. Clicking on the online support icon in the casino lobby.
2. Or send an email to support@monacogoldcasino.com, and add in the subject line your username as well as the code of the promotion. You will find this code at the bottom of the promotional email that you have just received.

If you have a pending withdrawal you can't receive bonuses and if you wish to receive a bonus, you'll have to cancel your withdrawal in the cashier, or click on the online support icon for support.

- To ensure fair gaming, you must wager at least twelve times your bonus and make a deposit before making any cash outs.
- MGC won't award bonuses to a player who has a withdrawal pending.
- MGC has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in if funds are cancelled or denied by any payment service.

MGC is allowed to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is your responsibility to frequently check here for changes and updates.

Bets placed in Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Sic Bo don't count for the minimum wagering requirements. If you withdraw before having met the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void & you won't be able to withdraw only your initial deposit (in cases where no gaming activity in any form has taken place) or your initial balance less the bonus amount used.

All MGC promotions start when the player receives the promotional email (as it appears in MGC records) and ends at 11:49 PM the last day of the promotions, unless otherwise is stated in the promotional email.

Unless otherwise stated, the promotional offer you have received by email cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered by MGC.

Please note: Due to severe ongoing abuse of promotional offers by players from Malaysia, Denmark, and China, players from these countries are not entitled to participate in our promotions and receive our bonuses.

According to MGC withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back using your method of original deposit, up to your MGC Deposit Balance (composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds). The rest of the money, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank Draft Express, Neteller, Firepay, Click2Pay, ECOcard, InstaDebit, Moneybookers, or FPS EPassporte if you have used any of these methods in the past.

Caused by recent credit card regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your credit card account. Cash outs will be returned via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, or one of our other payment methods mentioned above, which supports withdrawals.

As a result of the configuration of MGC casino software, a player who has a small amount (< $5) remaining in their balance after receiving a bonus, might have a minor inconvenience: the next deposit may be defined as a bonus, up to the amount of the previous bonus. In these cases, when requesting a withdrawal, the player may note that these funds are missing form their total withdrawal amount; however, these funds will be credited manually by requesting it from our online team or customer support.

To receive your free sign up bonus, you first have to deposit 20% of your winnings (minimum $20) at MGC. Players who make their first deposit after receiving a free sign up bonus will be held to the terms and conditions of the first deposit bonus policy.

When receiving a bonus, players will first play with the money deposited in their MGC account, and after this, the player play with the bonus offered by MGC.

Every bonus is valid for a limited period of time, which will never exceed seven (7) days.

Bets may only be placed by players over the age of 18 and MGC takes very seriously its responsibility to ensure this is always the case.

MGC has the right to review transaction records and logs now and then, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such transaction review, it shows that players are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion finds to be abusive, the casino has the right to:

1. Cancel the right of these players to the promotional offer.
2. Cancel all winnings and cash-ins
3. Terminate a players' account immediately
4. Bar these players in the future from receiving further promotional offers of MGC

 In the case of a disagreement, MGC will make the final decisions.
