Sic Bo Rules

The game Sic Bo, also known as Lucky Dice is an old Chinese dice game that is incredibly popular in western brick and mortar casinos and in online casinos. You play the game with three dice and a table with 50 different betting options. Payouts range from even money up to 150 to 1.

The game resembles the well-known game Roulette in many ways. Just like in Roulette, you need to wager which number will show. Just like Roulette, Sic Bo offers many bets on a number of conditions. The bets are not composite, e.g. you cannot place one bet in more than one betting pocket.

The main goal of the game is to select either a combination of numbers or individual numbers that will appear on the dice after they are rolled. The different possibilities for betting and the different payout amounts are shown on the Sic Bo table. Players may wager on as many combinations as desired per game. The game itself is nothing more than guessing game conditions after rolling out the dice. After the bets have been made, there are no game choices or decisions for the player to make.

The dice are shaken by dealer, by means of a vibrating platform under a round-shaped glass cover. After all the bets have been made, the dealer activates the dice shaker. The outcome of each of the three dice will be shown on the display. At the same moment, the spaces corresponding to the winning combinations light up on the table. The dealer then removes all losing bets from the table, such as in roulette, and proceeds to pay all winners.
